Tern Inn, a dazzling newcomer to the tourist and local holiday market is the newly constructed Tern Inn, a self-catering garden cottage situated in the suburb of Vogelstrand, a stone's throw from the Atlantic Ocean and six km from the town centre of Swakopmund. Private entrance, lock-up garage and 24-hour armed-response security make it an ideal retreat for a week-end away from it all, or a long lazy stay.

The Cottage comprises a large open-plan living room/kitchen, with two en-suite bedrooms. One with a queen-size double bed and the other with two single beds. It is tastefully furnished throughout in a bright sunny modern style, with an excellent array of utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, with outside access to drying area. A portable braai is kept on the premises for use by the visitors.

The Living room has a comfortable settee and easy chairs, as well as dining table and chairs. The bedrooms are fully carpeted and the tiled living area opens onto a large patio overlooking the garden, and ideal spot for breakfast and evening sundowners. Television with DSTV is provided.

It is under the personal supervision of the owners and linen changes and servicing can be arranged to suite your needs.

A three minute walk takes you either to the beach, and ideal spot for fishing or sun-tanning, or to the desert, from where you can explore the timeless expanse of the oldest desert in the world. Activities and transfers (optional) can be organized & booked.
